Annual Dues for NAR, NHAR, and WMBR are due on December 1 of each year for the following year. If unpaid after a 30 day grace period, a late fee of $50 will be applied on January 1, and if still unpaid membership may be terminated on February 1.
If you have misplaced your login credentials to the NAR M1 system, please use the “Forgot username or password” link on the NAR login webpage, or contact NAR at 1-800-874-6500. Don’t wait until the last minute!
Using this NAR Invoice system, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or electronic check. It’s important to pay through this centralized NAR system for all the payments to get distributed to the various organizations, NAR, NHAR, and WMBR. We can’t accept payments at our local WMBR office.
