2024 Class Schedule


Reasonable Care and Diligence Core Course (Livestream) Maine 3 hours

Effective October 1, 2024 the Real Estate Commission core course requirement is “Reasonable Care and Diligence Core Course”.

The Real Estate Brokerage License Act and Commission Rules set forth the minimum standards of practice for licensees. Are you meeting minimum standards? Are those standards different when you are representing a client or working with a customer? This course is designed to assist you with meeting minimum standards and perhaps provide you with ideas to exceed minimum standards, when appropriate.

Agent Etiquette & Professional Courtesies

This course puts a focus on agent etiquette as a natural extension of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. The emphasis is on communication, respect and honesty in everyday activities with clients, customers, affiliates and colleagues. It follows professional courtesies in action from setting up a showing through submitting an offer and the pathway to the closing.


Offers and Counteroffers

February 27, 2024 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Online Zoom class.

Attend this course to discuss how to handle of offers and counteroffers in the best interest of your buyer or seller client. This course is approved for 3 clock hours of continuing education: NH Real Estate Commissions and ME Real Estate Commission.


New Hampshire requires 15 hours of continuing education to maintain a real estate license. This requirement is within a 2 year period and includes a 3 hour NH approved CORE class and 12 Elective hours of approved courses. **New licensees, those licensed after 2/1/2020 have additional class topic requirements to renew their license. Those topics include approved Post Licensing Agency, Disclosure, Contracts, and Ethics classes. Please allow extra time in case the class runs a little over the time or does not start on time- for whatever reason- please plan accordingly.
