The White Mountain Board of REALTORS® is a professional association of over 120 REALTORS® and over 30 REALTOR® Affiliates serving the public in and around the Mt. Washington Valley area in New Hampshire.
The Board is a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, which serves the state of New Hampshire, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® with membership in excess of one million members.
Not every real estate licensee is a REALTOR®. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from this ideal. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice are the common threads of Realtors®. Accepting these standard as their own, REALTORS® pledge to observe its spirit in all of their activities and to conduct their business in accordance with their tenets.
The amount of information a REALTOR® may have can vary at different stages of the REALTOR's® professional life; however, in general REALTORS® become and strive to remain informed about laws, proposed legislation, government regulations, public policies and current market conditions.
